چکیده
Abstract Background Autism spectrum disorder is a condition related to brain development that affects person’s perception and socialization, resulting in problems social interaction communication. It has no single known cause, yet several different genes appear be involved autism. As genetically complex disease, dysregulation of miRNA expression miRNA–mRNA interactions might feature autism disorder. The aim the current study was investigate profile circulating miRNA-128, miRNA-7 SHANK gene family ASD patients assess possible influence miRNA-128 on genes, which provide an insight into pathogenic mechanisms introduce noninvasive molecular biomarkers for disease diagnosis prognosis. Quantitative real-time PCR technique employed determine levels blood samples 40 autistic cases along with 30 age- sex-matched normal volunteer subjects. Results Our revealed statistical significant upregulation compared controls ( p value < 0.001). A difference SHANK-3 encountered comparing However, showed between studied groups. Conclusions MiRNA-128 are emerging players field ASD. They promising candidates as Future studies needed emphasize their pivotal role.

Background: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disorder characterized by repetitive and stereotypical patterns, and difficulties with social communication and interaction in early childhood. Motor development and dysfunction in children with ASD has been the subject of study in recent years and has attracted much of the attention of researchers. As motor dysfunctions can ...
متن کاملAutism Spectrum Disorder and International Travel
The literature on international travellers with psychiatric disorders is limited. This perspective article highlights various travel-related aspects of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), including its aetiological association with maternal migration, the difficulties faced by long-term travelers with autistic children, and the facilitation of international travel for autistic individuals by the tr...

Introduction: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is characterized by several impairments in communications and social interactions as well as restricted interests or stereotyped behaviors. Interventions applied for this disorder are based on multi-modal approaches, including pharmacotherapy. No cure or medication has been introduced so far; therefore, there were studies investigating several drugs ...
متن کاملPatterns of Joint Improvisation in Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Recent research on autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) suggests that individuals with autism may have a basic deficit in synchronizing with others, and that this difficulty may lead to more complex social and communicative deficits. Here, we examined synchronization during an open-ended joint improvisation (JI) paradigm, called the mirror game (MG). In the MG, two players take turns leading, follo...
متن کاملPatterns of autobiographical memory in adults with autism spectrum disorder.
Two studies are presented that explored the effects of experimental manipulations on the quality and accessibility of autobiographical memories in adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), relative to a typical comparison group matched for age, gender and IQ. Both studies found that the adults with ASD generated fewer specific memories than the comparison group, and took significantly longer ...
